Freefall Oz Skydiving May Mini Boogie

Welcome to Freefall Oz in Ceres, NY. Located right behind what used to be Faulkner's Fruit Stand. I missed their last party and still regret not going. My brother and nephews did sky dive that day and they loved it so much, they're doing it again. I'm hoping to spread the word to get more folks out there. From what I hear, Oz (the owner) puts on a heck of a party. So bring your tent and your party mode and have a great time. The August, Otter Boogie, has already been scheduled as well. Here is the email information I received.

Bradford Stink Fest

Today, May 6th, 2006, Bradford, PA will be holding there 5th annual Stink Fest in celebration of the wild onion (that's the best comparison I can relate it to) which grows in our area in abundance. It carries a very pungent odor along with it, but is considered a delicacy in this area. In some parts of the country they are called ramps. In my world, they're simply yummy.

Here is a portion of (highlights) from the following article where I got my details from; The Bradford Era

New this year is an expanded Kiddy Land with extended hours and the first ever Stinkfest wedding.

Events will be held between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.

The event will feature a king's ransom in leek cuisine, including Chinese with leeks from Chu Lee Garden, leek stuffed mushrooms from the Corner Bar, leek sausage rolls from John William's European Pastry Shop, leek and peanut butter wraps and leek deviled eggs from JJ's Saloon, leek bologna from Johnston's Meat Processing, and ham and leek omelet sandwiches and the "Bradford Cheese Steak Leek Sandwich" from Randy's Up the River. Other food vendors offering everything from leek pizza to Texas hots with leeks, leek soup, meatballs, fresh and frozen leeks, leek jelly and more will also be on hand from Angelo's Restaurant, B&D Concession, Boy Scout Troop #414, Buck's Pizza, Crosby Marts, Dulca's Barritas, Jake's Texas Hots, Craig Hallock, Grace Lutheran Ministries, The New Keystone, Togi's Family Restaurant and The Warehouse Restaurant.

there will be plenty of non-leek food, organizer Kathy Colman said, and 48 vendors selling "everything from Girl Scout cookies to furniture....

About 6,000 people attended last year's festival, the annual celebration has become international with a sizable crowd making the trek from Canada.

first year we will have amusements for teens and adults

Kiddy Land will include live pony rides, face painting, a bungy run, obstacle course, tub rides, train rides and a 70-foot slide. Ticket sales benefit the local Big Brothers, Big Sisters program.

My million dollar question is, where does everyone park? Do they provide a shuttle bus service by chance?
